Please complete the Bio and Liability release below for each child and join us at the class time and date you booked.  All equipment will be supplied. Wear loose clothing and athletic shoes, bring a water bottle and plenty of energy.  The class runs for 1 hour if you could arrive a little early to introduce yourself that would be appreciated. Just let us know when you will be back for your second FREE class before you leave.
